Mr. Rivas Gutiérrez prefers to continue with his jewelry business and decides to sell his small workshop. In response, his son expressed his interest in maintaining the workshop and decided to work in it, visualizing the potential for industrial growth.

The origin of the Company dates back to 1957, when a renowned jeweler from the City, Mr. Julio Rivas Gutiérrez, installed a small repair, adaptation and construction workshop for metal-mechanic parts in Manizales; one year later, he acquired machinery to work with pipes, wires, sheets and dies.
