Manufacturing, maintenance and design
We have work areas focused on CNC machining (lathe, milling), EDM (sinking erosion), adjustment and polishing (ultrasonic polishing), and a tooling design area that features the latest technology software for CNC programming and 3D design.
In our workshop, we have specialized personnel in mold design, machining programming, EDM, mold fitting, polishing, and texturing.
Pilotage
We develop production processes aligned with product specifications and negotiated costs, where, together with our workshop, we design and manufacture tools for their transformation.
Controlling and monitoring projects and product changes is considered one of our greatest strengths.
Textured
In order to meet the needs of new mold technologies, we have a texturizing department capable of repairing or creating new surface finishes for molds.
This area is the result of a strategic alliance with the Brazilian company TSP, which has more than 40 years of experience in mold texturing and specializes in developing new texture patterns using state-of-the-art equipment capable of creating any pattern.
We have the experience to manufacture and/or repair any type of texture for various parts in the automotive, motorcycle, white goods, and household sectors, among others. We also have the capacity to create new textures based on samples or the client's imagination, and we have specialized personnel trained directly in Brazil.
