We develop production processes aligned to the product specification and its negotiated cost, where together with our workshop, we design and manufacture tools for its transformation. We carry out evaluation and definition of one-way and/or returnable packaging specifications, achieving optimizations in product handling and storage systems.
The control and monitoring of projects and product changes is considered one of our greatest strengths.
When piloting a new development, we have a multidisciplinary team led by the engineering area, achieving better synergy and always supported by a specialist, depending on the technical complexity of the development.
We have managed to make alliances with foreign suppliers for the development of tooling, becoming more competitive in the required cost and quality levels. We carry out development management for n+1 rank suppliers that allow us to strengthen the supply chain and minimize the risks associated with quality, price and capacity in each of these links.
